Responsibilities
oversee the delivery of high volume, high impact emergency incident response engagements
partner with clients to gather scoping information, deliver updates, and resolve issues
help manage their cyber crisis
coordinate multiple Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) team activities
lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, milestones, and metrics to track progress
ensure that the cyber crisis response activities remain on track and client needs are met
Requirements
3+ years of experience with progressive project management
experience in cyber incident response or digital forensics
experience supporting the cybersecurity industry in a privacy law firm or cybersecurity incident response environment
experience with project management and PMO processes, including project planning, resource planning, monthly finance projections, and change requests
ability to pick up in-flight projects and drive to completion
ability to communicate abstract and technical concepts to multiple types of customers and law firms
ability to pivot and respond to unpredictability and challenging chaos from the customer
ability to work well in cross-functional teams, analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, and communicate effectively and confidently
ability to read, stay ahead of, and de-escalate customers in crisis scenarios
