Responsibilities
Support administrative activities and processes across recruitment and the wider employee lifecycle
Be part of a new HR Administration Hub, launching in February 2026
Deliver streamlined, consistent and high-quality HR administration support to our people and managers
Requirements
Previous administrative experience in busy relevant working environment
Customer focused with good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as part of a team and liaise effectively with stakeholders
A positive, can-do attitude with commitment to delivering accurate work
Experience of using an HR or Payroll system would be beneficial
