About the role

Responsibilities
- Architecture design: You create forward-looking enterprise architectures, aligning business processes with modern IT solutions based on the existing application landscape.
- Digital transformation: You drive the digitalization of the corporate governance and support domains, further developing the application landscape in line with strategic objectives — including the replacement of legacy systems.
- Driving innovation: You establish and anchor strategic topics such as AI, Data Governance, and Identity & Access Management sustainably within the IT architecture.
- Architecture governance: You define architectural principles, standards and guardrails and ensure their adherence within the framework of Enterprise Architecture Management.
- Strategic alignment: You develop strategic target architectures, preliminary studies and well-founded architectural decisions for a future-proof IT landscape.
- Project support: You accompany strategically relevant projects as an architectural sparring partner and make a significant contribution to their success.
- Stakeholder management: You communicate confidently and on equal terms — from development teams and business units to top management — and support migrations, sales processes as well as internal and external reviews and audits.
Requirements
- A degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification forms your professional foundation.
- Several years of extensive professional experience as a Software, Solution or Enterprise Architect in complex corporate environments, ideally in the securities processing domain, are required.
- Solid experience with cloud technologies and cloud architectures characterizes your profile.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Data Governance and the design of modern IAM architectures is among your strengths.
- Confident use of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and familiarity with agile ways of working are a given.
- You communicate fluently in German (C1) both verbally and in writing and can communicate with colleagues from our Hungarian subsidiary in English (B2).
- You demonstrate analytical and conceptual excellence and the ability to explain complex matters clearly, appropriately for the audience, and persuasively.
- You drive topics proactively, with personal responsibility and a high level of reliability.
