Responsibilities
Lead Global Data Operations processes based on D&B’s established best practices, methodologies, and tools.
Create new data-driven approaches for the purpose of generating business insights through data analytics, automation, and data visualization.
Champion the use of new tools and techniques to maximize big data opportunities and leverage the latest data engineering thinking and techniques.
Be the go-to expert on specific aspects of data operations and control specific to your role.
Explore advanced big data analytics in emerging areas such as machine learning and artificial intelligence to streamline business processes and working practices. Engage clients and D&B colleagues to identify business needs and develop, implement, and manage solutions.
Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support governance initiatives and products, building and testing Proof of Concept that meet business needs.
Search for new alternative solutions based on use cases – customer problems by business unit, data quality and additional data needs.
Complete understanding and successful application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards related to solid instructional design principles in developing instructor lead (classroom and on the job) and e-Learning training programs and quality programs.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a data-related role.
2+ years of people leadership experience with a proven track record of leading, developing, and providing direct feedback.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Modern Data Analytical Skills a plus, including but not limited to SQL, Python, Business Intelligence (PowerBI).
Solid understanding of core Python programming, including coding, debugging, and problem-solving.
Understanding of the core principles of logic, ML and LLM.
