Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
Utilize knowledge of the local market to provide expert guidance.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate contracts.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, preferably within the Abu Dhabi market.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Proven negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Comprehensive understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and industry dynamics.
Proficient in using digital tools, CRM systems, and social media for marketing.
A real estate license or relevant certifications are a plus.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
