About the role

Responsibilities
- Participate in prospecting and diagnostic processes for new clients, supporting the definition of the best products and services;
- Develop a work plan with the client aimed at achieving the best results with the products acquired;
- Plan, execute and validate deliverables related to strategic, financial and production planning in client projects;
- Develop and deliver training related to farm operations (pasture management, nutrition, animal health, feedlot routines), present goal checks and alignments with the farm team;
- Prepare technical visit reports that align project status and any needs for changes in the scope of work;
- Monitor billing, key performance indicators, client satisfaction and the results of the client portfolio;
- Formulate diets for feedlot and pasture systems;
- Prepare and monitor project finances, including project cash flow;
- Design projects for pasture fertilization and cultural management.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in ruminant animal nutrition, with familiarity with inputs, commodities and technologies in the sector;
- Experience with feedlot routines and nutrition;
- Knowledge of pasture management;
- Experience formulating diets for feedlot and pasture systems;
- Experience preparing and monitoring project finances, including cash flow management;
- Knowledge of pasture fertilization projects, pasture management and cultural practices;
- Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, RLM and Google Earth Pro, with the ability to analyze data, define strategies and monitor indicators.
