Consultant for trading support at LPL Financial, providing system guidance and client service. Engaging with advisors on trading functionalities and maintaining strong market knowledge.
Responsibilities
Provides system support and guidance to advisors regarding our systems, including model management, rebalancing functionality, and block trading tools.
Maintains a working knowledge about equity, option, ETF, and mutual fund products, the markets, and keeps understanding of the market impact and execution complexities of large trades.
Assists 20-35 inbound calls a day.
Works closely with the Business Transition Partners (Recruiting) team to showcase Enhanced Trading’s capabilities to prospective LPL Financial advisors and then help them train and onboard the advisor once in the onboarding process.
Rebalancing consultants will support advisor-facing virtual demonstrations, educational workshops around key functionality and partner with Technology agile project management.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of Financial Services Experience
1 plus years of customer services/call center environment experience
Knowledge of Mutual Funds, equities and options
Knowledge of trading regulations and requirements
Experience with Jira Project Management software and QA/UAT testing is a plus
A strong background or experience in agile project management, public speaking, coaching, and talent development is a plus
Series 7 preferred
Strong MS Office skills required and Beta, Siebel, ClientWorks, or other trading platform experience preferred
