Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) team
  • Perform backend hiring processes, sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling hiring manager interviews
  • Partner with TA Manager and Coordinators on moving candidates through the hiring process
  • Assist with sourcing and prescreening talent
  • Partner with Recruiters on interviewing and assessing candidates
  • Schedule hiring manager interviews and follow up on next steps

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in HR, Sales, Marketing, Communications or similar degree
