About the role

  • Aftermarket Business Development Manager for DOGA focusing on increasing product presence and profitability. Engaging with customers and supporting product development in the aftermarket sector.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, dealers and service partners to understand market needs and gather feedback on aftermarket products and services.
  • Act as a technical reference for aftermarket products, supporting customers and internal teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers, working closely with subsidiaries and commercial partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and portfolio gaps.
  • Contribute to the definition and prioritization of new aftermarket products, services and range extensions.
  • Manage the aftermarket product lifecycle, from concept and launch to optimization and phase-out.
  • Translate customer insights into product requirements and coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Quality and Operations.
  • Support go-to-market activities, including product launches, pricing strategies and dealer/service enablement.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Finance on pricing policies and commercial conditions.
  • Support product identification and OE cross-reference activities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for portfolio expansion and active selling.
  • Contribute to cross-selling initiatives and aftermarket growth.
  • Monitor key product performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
  • High level of both oral and written English.
  • Proactive, with strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and effective decision-making.
  • Skilled at working autonomously and collaboratively, excelling in relationship management, negotiation, and communication with key clients.
