Responsibilities
Lead and manage global Business Excellence initiatives with a focus on process optimization and digital transformation
Analyze end-to-end processes, identify improvement opportunities, and increase efficiency and automation using modern process-mining tools
Act as a strategic business partner, provide subject-matter expertise and contribute to the development of the department
Initiate and lead sourcing automation projects, including implementation and optimization of relevant tools
Lead cross-functional project teams, prioritize actions and ensure sustainable implementation of improvements
Develop and implement best-practice models based on robust data analysis and system knowledge
Document, standardize and continuously improve processes to ensure operational excellence
Design and implement training and change-management initiatives for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Several years of hands-on experience in process analysis, design and implementation in operational environments, ideally in sourcing or procurement
Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related field
Proven ability to identify optimization potentials in end-to-end processes and translate insights into measurable improvements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with solid technical understanding
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba (particularly Source-to-Pay) as well as advanced Microsoft Office skills
Confident use of process-mining tools in a business context
Demonstrable project management experience implementing global processes, standards and transformation initiatives
Business-fluent German and English.
