Responsibilities
Evolve our HR processes and policies; understand organizational needs and create & drive improvements in processes, policies, and workflows.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, promotions, using human resources management system software.
Stay up to date on HR laws and practices like payroll, benefits compliance, terminations, leave of absences, etc.
Assist the team in hiring-related processes & paperwork.
Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
Assist in any administration related work as and when required.

Minimum 1 year relevant HR experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly detail-oriented, stellar organizational skills and able to prioritize effectively
Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills
Excellent judgement and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
