About the role

  • HR Generalist managing talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations for a fast-growing tech scale-up in Athens. Supporting HR projects, analytics, and compliance efforts in a hybrid workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: End-to-end responsibility on assigned roles (1-2 REQs, from role briefing, sourcing, interviewing, negotiating to offer
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Process: End-to-end support on Onboarding & Offboarding activities (including admin tasks, delivering exceptional experience during Satorians' first or last day, all the way to follow up actions) and identify gaps in our processes, aligning with teams, and helping roll out a more structured, scalable approach.
  • Employee Relations: Act as point of contact for assigned employees by addressing queries/issues and resolving employee lifecycle issues, Monitor policies' adherence by collaborating with HubOps and PMO team and propose initiatives.
  • Keep things structured and compliant: Support the implementation of **Κάρτα Εργασίας** and take ownership of maintaining accurate attendance data, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • HR Projects & HR Admin: Ownership on Team Building Project and support the establishment of “Get-Together” company-wide events, Support administrative tasks (Employee records audit, Law & Compliance topics) as requested
  • HR Analytics: Keep HR metrics up to date (in collaboration with PMO) and help turn engagement data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Performance & Learning Management: Assist in running the performance review cycle and related manager-level initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or People Partner role, preferably in a tech-driven or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to address employee concerns, coach managers, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects, from onboarding and offboarding to engagement surveys and team-building events.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics, reporting, and turning data into actionable insights.
  • Bonus Points for: Experience with HRIS systems, Κάρτα Εργασίας implementation/maintenance, and performance review processes.
