About the role

  • Responsible for HR operations at KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, managing HR activities and leading a small team. Collaborating closely with management to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Support managers on human and organizational issues: handling individual situations, advising on employment law, and providing decision-making support
  • Lead recruitment, internal mobility and onboarding processes
  • Ensure the reliability of HR data provided to payroll
  • Contribute to the preparation of governance bodies and participate in the CSSCT (Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee)
  • Manage, lead and develop a team composed of two HR officers and one HR manager (RRH)

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or Employment Law
  • Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a generalist HR role, ideally in a multi-site environment
  • Strong command of employment law fundamentals
  • Proven experience in managing HR teams
  • Ability to perform in a demanding environment, working closely with operational management
