About the role
- Treasury Manager responsible for cash management and operational excellence in LATAM markets at dLocal. Leading process optimization and managing financial partner relations to ensure liquidity.
Responsibilities
- Focus on Treasury Operational Excellence: merchant experience, operational risk management, effective controls implementation.
- Responsible for the cash management of LATAM countries.
- Design automated cash flows and forecasts, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs in the different markets.
- Manage and track incoming and outgoing funds, timely identifying collection or funding issues with third parties.
- Lead process optimization through innovative mindset and participating in automation projects of the company.
- Manage relations with financial partners, look for efficiencies and strengthen the presence in the region.
- Generate KPI reporting per country.
- Supervising SOX controls, as required.
- Interact with other teams across the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar finance fields.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other financial or management certifications.
- 10+ years of experience with treasury management in multinational companies.
- Experience in payments environment is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with treasury management systems and ERPs.
- Well organized, ability to adapt to change quickly and work in a multi-currency environment.
- Independent, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, and confident.
- Experience working with IA is a strong plus.
