Responsibilities
Develop and lead the AMER partner marketing strategy
Manage and mentor a high-performing partner marketing team
Define the AMER partner marketing framework, investment strategy, and annual calendar of activities
Align closely with Channel & Alliance leadership to execute partner marketing strategies
Design scalable partner marketing programs aligned to regional revenue goals
Collaborate to create partner joint value propositions and messaging
Lead program development for strategic partner tiers
Own partner communications strategy
Develop and execute joint demand-generation campaigns with partners
Launch integrated programs including ABM and webinars
Collaborate cross-region to create consistent partner marketing activation globally
Support partner-driven product launches and enable partners through training and marketing assets.
Establish KPIs and reporting cadence to measure impact.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 5+ years in partner/channel/alliance marketing leadership
Proven experience driving pipeline through partner ecosystems
Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles
Demonstrated ability to build strategy and execute in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional relationship-building skills
Experience managing budgets and performance-based partner investments
Strong analytical mindset with experience managing marketing analytics and KPIs
Excellent communication skills; executive presence.
