Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including online research, industry databases, and social media platforms.
Reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media messages to initiate conversations and gather information.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
Educate prospects about the company's products or services and explain how they can address their pain points or challenges.
Schedule appointments or demos for the Account Executives and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track activities, manage prospect data, and update lead status.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and share valuable insights from prospect interactions.
Continuously develop product knowledge, industry trends, and sales skills through training and self-study.
Meet or exceed assigned quotas and performance metrics for lead generation and opportunity creation.
Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is preferred.
1+ years’ experience in an Ad Tech, OTT Streaming, Cybersecurity, E-Commerce industry is a plus!
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to articulate the value proposition and overcome objections.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of prospecting activities.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of sales methodologies and lead generation techniques.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
