Marketing Associate managing UK and Ireland marketing activities for Deliveroo. Focused on driving local marketing initiatives and collaborating with global teams.
Responsibilities
Execute the end-to-end development of bespoke, locally-led marketing initiatives (e.g., UK-only or seasonal campaigns) driven by UKI needs.
Supporting the UKI Marketing Managers to deliver strong campaign execution.
Partner directly with Global Internal Creative and Media Teams to adapt, localise, and traffic global creative assets across all media channels (ATL, BTL, Digital etc).
Manage the project workflow and asset requirements for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams supporting integration of creative execution with media strategy.
Be responsible for the impact of UKI marketing activity, ensuring campaigns meet defined KPIs within the measurement framework.
Conduct and synthesise post-campaign analysis to capture key learnings and translate performance data into actionable insights for continuous improvement in future campaigns and business strategies.
Requirements
Marketing experience would be ideal but not essential but must exhibit a passion for marketing and natural curiosity for the industry and marketing profession.
If possible, a track record of successful achievements in work showing dedication and reliability.
Comfortable interpreting data and translating analysis into actions.
Strong communication skills, some experience in project management.
An ability to think customer first and put yourself in the customer's shoes to help bring a customer centric perspective to problems.
Excellent relationship building skills and a collaborative approach to achieving outcomes.
