Responsibilities
Build, test, deploy, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using Braze.
Manage all campaign operations, including audience segmentation, workflow setup, QA, and scheduling.
Execute and optimize B2C lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive user engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Analyze and understand customer journey and touchpoints to optimize experience and upsell experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programs with broader business objectives.
Support the development of automated user journeys that enhance personalization and customer lifetime value.
Develop engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and marketing automation tools.
Comfortable working with data to identify trends, measure results, and optimize future campaigns.
Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated customer engagement initiatives.
**Education and Experience:**
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within B2C or SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with Braze or other centralized communication platforms.
