HR Operations Specialist managing employee lifecycle processes for DaySmart Software's global workforce. Focus on HR operations, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance support.
Responsibilities
Own and administer employee lifecycle processes related to onboarding, job changes, transfers, and offboarding.
Serve as the primary administrator for employee data changes, ensuring timely and accurate updates in the HRIS and related systems.
Manage new hire onboarding activities including HRIS setup, background checks, documentation, and communications.
Support and administer HR new-hire compliance requirements, including employment eligibility verification and background checks, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and HR processes.
Prepare, maintain, and audit employee files and records to ensure consistency and compliance.
Maintain the integrity of the HRIS by ensuring employee data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee leave of absence inquiries and requests.
Provide basic administrative support for employee benefit programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
3+ years of HR administration experience (employee onboarding, new hire orientation, HRIS administration, etc.)
Proven experience administering and supporting a wide variety of HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and requirements.
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
Highly organized and efficient and able to prioritize to meet tight deadlines.
Critical thinker with ability to problem solve.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP and CEBS professional designations preferred.
