Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate, administrative, legal, or finance roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Experience with lease management systems (e.g., Lease Harbor, MyBuy) preferred.
- Ability to work in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
