- Senior Strategy Analyst focused on improving supply chain efficiency and reducing shortages at Caterpillar Inc. Analyzing sales, inventory, and supply chain processes to drive opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Performs complex qualitative and quantitative research for S&P engagements, using advanced techniques to collect and analyze data and derive key trends, insights, and conclusions for the business segment.
- Determines research strategy and leads major S&P consulting projects, working closely with consultants and engagement management to synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
- Coordinates with operational functions to define critical parameters, evaluate logistics workflows, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for process improvements.
- Identifies, defines, and implements integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, establishing effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal teams.
- Develops and analyzes data to prioritize opportunities for enhancing supply chain efficiency, inventory utilization, and cost-effectiveness, fostering internal and external alliances to explore improvement opportunities.
