About the role

  • Analyst focused on corporate goal management within Dasa, the largest integrated health network in Brazil. Responsible for governance, control, and evolution of corporate goal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the governance, control and development of the corporate goals management process.
  • Support partner areas in the definition, cascading, monitoring and calculation of targets.
  • Ensure the integrity of data and of the goals management system.
  • Coordinate the control of targets and indicators, monitor action plans and consolidate information for executive reporting.
  • Administer and provide support for goals systems (e.g., Mereo, SAP), including system configuration/parameterization.
  • Conduct monthly calculation and the annual closing of targets, ensuring data integrity and supporting PPR processes (Profit-Sharing Program).
  • Prepare impact analyses, reports, dashboards and executive presentations to support decision-making.
  • Serve as a technical reference and internal consultant on targets and indicators, supporting HR Business Partners and business areas.
  • Deliver trainings, capacity-building sessions and produce communication materials related to targets.
  • Support critical processes such as annual closing, PPR, strategic planning and executive forums.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and propose continuous improvements to the goals management processes.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in target management, performance indicators and strategic cascading.
  • Proficiency in methodologies such as Balanced Scorecard (BSC), Gerenciamento por Diretrizes (GPD - Management by Guidelines) and/or OKR.
  • Advanced Excel and executive-level PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with goals management systems (Mereo, SAP, Siteware or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills, systemic thinking and autonomy in leading critical processes.
  • Excellent communication and a consultative approach with stakeholders across different organizational levels.
