Responsibilities
- Support both the Admissions and Patient Concierge teams
- Ensure the efficient processing and routing of incoming faxes
- Maintain user accounts and manage facility data across various systems
- Interact with multiple care coordination tools (CCTs) and DaVita systems
- Take ownership of incoming faxes by evaluating and validating route paths
- Manage user accounts for various CCT systems
- Provide email and phone support for the DaVita Physician Portal (DPP)
- Assist with new account creation, password resets, and administrative account approvals
Requirements
- DaVita Guest Services (DGS) experience strongly preferred
- Strong documentation skills and a commitment to adhering to compliance protocols
- Effective planning and time management abilities
- The ability to multitask and manage multiple systems and workflows simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
