Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Specialist (all genders)
- Very good knowledge of labor law and works council law
- Practical experience with SAP HCM and confident use of MS Office
- Independent, results-oriented working style and a hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Very good German and English skills (C1 level)
