About the role
- Event Manager responsible for planning and executing high-visibility events at Dataciders. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams, managing vendors, and overseeing event logistics.
Responsibilities
- Planning and organizing events such as trade shows, conferences and client events
- Coordinating venues and external service providers (catering, AV/technical, exhibition contractors)
- Responsible for attendee and speaker management (ticketing, registrations)
- Central point of contact for organizers, partners, sponsors and internal teams
- On-site event support including logistics and booth assistance
- Organizing and managing event materials such as exhibition stands and giveaways
- Structured documentation and post-event follow-up
Requirements
- Commercial training in the events field or a completed degree
- Approx. 3 years of professional experience in event or project management
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- High service orientation, enjoyment of working with people and strong communication skills
- Hands-on mentality, resilience and flexibility
- Basic knowledge of event registration or event management tools (e.g. Eventbrite or HubSpot)
