Sales Development Representative for CYE's marketing team focusing on GTM activities and managing prospects. Engaging with new business contacts to generate leads and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward.
Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create and bring in new leads and sales meetings.
Articulate the company's value proposition to decision-makers across multiple industries to assess buying interest.
Drive high-quality outreach across calls, email, and LinkedIn to open doors with the right operators and decision-makers.
Regularly follow up with calls and emails, continuing to facilitate communication with potential customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Work in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams.
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
Build your social presence and digital networking - be creative, bold, and sharp.
Requirements
SDR/Sales experience in the competitive B2B industry - 1-2 years in similar roles
Native-level written and spoken English - a must
Availability to work hours that align with the U.S. market (Sunday–Thursday based role).
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and building relationships across multiple channels.
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or other well-known SDR productivity tools
Self-taught, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to exceed targets.
