Responsibilities
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by delivering a premium brand experience
Lead by example in consistently improving sales performance
Support the implementation of initiatives to strengthen and grow the store community
Proactively, productively and respectfully collaborate with team members to meet and exceed the store’s sales targets
Provide high-quality after-sales and additional retail services and handle returns and exchanges to protect cash and profit
Proactively engage customers to build and maintain the store community
Maintain a high-quality, easy-to-navigate shopping environment for customers and comply with company policies, procedures and security standards
Act as a role model for daily operational objectives and priorities set by management
Proactively identify areas for improvement and communicate suggestions to management to increase sales and achieve the store’s KPI targets
Support the store manager in ensuring excellent stock and cash management
Requirements
Several years of sales experience in luxury or premium retail, or in the children’s products sector
Relevant qualifications, at minimum completed vocational training in sales, business administration or a related field
Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
Passion for and interest in design & fashion
Energetic, positive attitude
Flexible, customer-focused with a hands-on mentality
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours as required by the business
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using POS systems
