Responsibilities
Actively prospect new clients within the designated territory, identifying business opportunities for Culligan products and services.
Manage and expand the portfolio of active customers by conducting regular visits and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations of Culligan solutions to prospects and customers, tailoring the value proposition to each account profile.
Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, ensuring data is up to date, forecasts are accurate, and all open opportunities are followed up.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales volume targets set for the territory.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms consultatively, seeking solutions that create customer value and profitability for the company.
Conduct market analysis and monitor competitors in the territory, reporting strategic insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, service, finance) to ensure proper delivery of contracted solutions and customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, events, and relationship-building activities in the territory to increase Culligan brand visibility.
Prepare activity reports, results, and sales forecasts, presenting them to the manager in a periodic and structured manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or a related field.
Experience in consultative sales with a focus on hunting (acquiring new clients).
Proven experience in active prospecting, market development, and business development.
