Account Manager responsible for full-cycle SaaS sales in logistics. Drive customer acquisition and build partnerships while collaborating with sales teams.
Responsibilities
Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
Run discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and business goals
Deliver compelling, tailored demos of the CtrlChain platform
Build value-driven proposals based on ROI, efficiency gains, and operational impact
Negotiate and close SaaS deals
Consistently meet or exceed commercial targets
Manage a commercial SaaS customer portfolio
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Stay engaged with customers to identify key commercial moments
Collaborate closely with Sales and join customer/prospect meetings
Work with onboarding/implementation colleagues to ensure a smooth handover after close
Share market and customer insights with Product and Marketing
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity reporting in CRM
Requirements
Have at least 1 year of experience in SaaS or B2B sales (Account Executive, BDM, AM, or similar).
Have a proven experience owning full-cycle sales (prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close).
Are fluent in Dutch and professional in English.
Are commercially driven, structured, and comfortable closing deals.
Are able to translate complex software into clear business value.
Have knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot.
