Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily SAP operations, including incident resolution, service requests, and user support
Ensure smooth functioning of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud across business units, focusing on Professional Services processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and provide timely solutions
Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and coordinate with SAP support or internal teams for resolution
Oversee functional areas: Professional Services, R2R, P2P
Support change management, testing, and deployment using SAP ALM tools
Work with technical teams to leverage SAP BTP for integrations, extensions, and analytics
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for operational processes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support enhancement projects
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and SAP best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of SAP experience, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
Proven experience in Professional Services domain within SAP
Strong functional knowledge of R2R and working understanding of P2P
Hands-on experience in managing SAP operations support and issue resolution
Familiarity with SAP BTP and SAP ALM tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
SAP Certification in S/4HANA Public Cloud
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Exposure to global rollouts and multi-country implementations
