About the role

  • Sales Executive managing and growing accounts in the Norwegian market while working from a hybrid model in Barcelona. Responsibilities include client consultation and digital strategy optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing clients in the Norwegian market
  • Identify business opportunities and recommend suitable Google Ads advertising solutions
  • Consult with clients to understand their objectives and optimize their digital advertising strategies
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with advertisers and key stakeholders
  • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay up to date with Google Ads products, tools, and digital marketing trends

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written)
  • 1–2 years of sales experience , ideally in B2B, digital marketing, or online advertising
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Interest in digital marketing, online advertising, and technology
  • Target-driven mindset with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work model in Barcelona
