Responsibilities
Participate in designing cruise offerings and enhancing our existing products
Be responsible for the operational feasibility of products, selecting and ensuring the reliability of service providers, and managing price performance
Continuously research high-quality services and emerging market trends
Select suppliers and maintain relationships with our current partners
Be comfortable with negotiation and calculations to optimally adjust selling prices
Field visits required to understand product requirements and test cruises with passengers to validate services
Requirements
Strong writing skills for producing persuasive marketing/sales copy
Attention to detail and dedication to customer service
Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm and thorough
Fluency in English (spoken and written) required; German is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable using digital and web tools
