Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our V.I.B.E.S service model
Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
Drive recruitment and staffing efforts to ensure consistent store coverage throughout the year
Lead the team in achieving performance metrics including sales and customer service
Own and lead all daily retail operations, ensuring exceptional consumer service and accurate POS management
Coordinate, delegate, and prioritize tasks to maintain smooth store operations
Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
4+ years of retail experience with preference for candidates with prior Store Manager experience
Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and continuously move around the store for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
