About the role

  • Revenue Operations professional at Creatio leading data governance and managing a high-performing team. Focus on optimizing lead flows and global sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end data lifecycle;
  • Ensure the highest standards of data accuracy for customer segmentation and lead qualification;
  • Build scalable, structured data processes;
  • Design and manage global sales territories;
  • Ensure balanced opportunity distribution and optimal market coverage;
  • Manage and mentor a Data Enrichment team of 3–5 specialists;
  • Oversee daily operations and support professional development;
  • Refine and improve the lead qualification process;
  • Ensure seamless handoff between Marketing and Sales teams;
  • Act as the internal expert for Data Enrichment tools (e.g., Cognism, ZoomInfo, Lusha, HG Insights);
  • Manage Sales Engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo);
  • Drive automation and scale outreach capabilities;
  • Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership;
  • Support global regional growth through data-backed recommendations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations with a strong focus on data-driven growth;
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Data Enrichment and Sales Engagement tools;
  • Proven experience managing small teams (3–5 people) in fast-paced environments;
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and core marketing principles;
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or BI tools;
  • Passion for building scalable, data-driven processes;
  • Fluent English (written and spoken);
  • Ability to work from our hubs in Ukraine or Poland.
