Responsibilities
Collaborate with your team to strategize, grow and manage your book of business, build lasting client partnerships, and prospect new opportunities
Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
Partner with existing clients to optimize their digital advertising strategies
Cultivate new business opportunities while deepening relationships with existing clients through proactive outreach and upselling
Sell a mix of customized advertising solutions tailored to client goals across Cox Media’s multichannel portfolio
Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and revenue growth
Educate clients on how data-driven strategies can elevate their brand
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing the value of Cox Media’s advertising solutions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems
Requirements
6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
A combination of education and experience may also be considered (e.g., a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with up to 2 years of related experience)
Proven success in sales/business development: identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and exceeding sales goals
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to use data in the development and sale of a media strategy
Skilled at presenting complex solutions in a simple, easy-to-understand manner
Valid driver’s license, good driving record and reliable transportation
