Own your pipeline and build pipeline via outbound, partnerships, and demand follow-up
Collaborate across GTM to improve messaging, playbooks, and handoffs

Requirements
2-5 years in B2B SaaS sales or SDR/AE hybrid experience
Strong emotional intelligence—you can read subtle buyer signals and adjust accordingly
Growth mindset - open to coaching, feedback, and ongoing skill development
Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar value-based methodologies
Highly organized with CRM discipline and attention to detail
Comfortable respectfully challenging buyer assumptions to create urgency
Team-first mindset—you're coachable, iterative, and eager to help others win
Based in Seattle or open to relocating - we work in person at AI House 3+ days a week
