About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsibility for ongoing tenant fit-outs for new lettings and tenant refurbishments, as well as general modernization measures (Capex)
- Cost and budget controlling for Capex projects, including review and approval of quotations
- Management and oversight of external partners (architects, specialist planners, construction companies, service providers)
- Preparation of reports and documentation of technical measures
- Close collaboration with technical property management, commercial asset management and external service providers
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services/Systems Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, or a comparable technical qualification with an additional real-estate-specific certification
- Solid knowledge of technical property management, particularly in planning, tendering and implementation of tenant fit-outs, modernization and maintenance measures
- 3–4 years’ professional experience in technical property management in the office or commercial real estate sector
- Confident user of MS Office
- Good written and spoken English
- Structured, solution-oriented and pragmatic working style with a strong quality focus
