Responsibilities
Drive growth and develop strategic partnerships across Reading and surrounding areas
Identify new quality prospects to provide sales growth
Build growth of new accounts through relationship building, regular contact and sales negotiation
Manage accounts for first 12 months of their life as a Copart seller
Conduct customer reviews and embed Copart as a true partner of choice
Manage new business pipeline and record updates
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B/SME sales or business development, preferably in a regional/field-based role
Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of value-based selling
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle
