IT Netzwerk Administrator managing and optimizing hybrid IT infrastructure for Contipark. Developing software solutions, maintaining security standards, and coordinating technical projects.
Responsibilities
You play a key role in advancing and ensuring our hybrid IT infrastructure.
You ensure stability, performance and the highest security standards: you design, administer and develop our LAN, WLAN and WAN infrastructure.
You operate and optimize our cloud and on-premises environments (Azure, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V).
You administer Active Directory and Azure AD, including GPO, SSO, Conditional Access and MFA.
You manage and optimize our Citrix infrastructure.
You monitor and maintain our backup and recovery solutions.
You ensure the secure operation of our IT security technologies (firewall, VPN, endpoint protection, patch management, SOC, SIEM).
You handle service requests and incidents at 2nd level.
You plan and manage hardware and OS lifecycle management.
You implement automations (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible).
You coordinate external service providers.
You actively participate in IT projects, taking responsibility for quality assurance and documentation.
You participate in the SOC on-call rota.
Requirements
You have a degree in an IT-related field or an equivalent qualification.
You have several years of experience administering complex hybrid IT infrastructures.
You have solid knowledge of network architectures (routing, switching, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
You have experience with Azure, Windows Server and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
You are proficient in Infrastructure as Code and automation (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible).
You administer AD / Azure AD with confidence.
You have experience operating Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops.
You are familiar with modern backup tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, Rubrik).
You have a good understanding of IT security (Zero Trust, endpoint security, patch management).
You work confidently with ITIL processes and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, OTRS).
