Responsibilities
Maintain and manage executive and team calendars, including scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts.
Coordinate and support meetings, briefings, and events, including logistics, materials, and note-taking as required.
Draft, review, and manage office correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation.
Order and track office supplies and support general office management functions.
Serve as a point of contact for administrative coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation in accordance with customer policies.
Support office operations, including task tracking, action item management, and follow-ups.
Assist with preparing presentations and materials for leadership.
Provide general administrative and mission support as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
4 years of experience providing administrative or office management support
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
