Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless process.
Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate relevant reports.
Act as a primary or secondary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring clear communication and positive candidate experience.
Assist in sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
Post and monitor job opportunities on various career websites.
Assist with tracking metrics and performance of the hiring cycle.
Regularly communicate status and results.
Collaborate with Recruiting Director, HR, and hiring managers on recruitment operations, keeping processes aligned with organizational goals.
Respond to inquiries from candidates and the internal CX stakeholders promptly.
Help with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.
Handle confidential and non-routine data.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in a similar role or HR-related administrative position
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, systems, and tools
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS systems
Exceptional verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic recruitment needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday Recruiting (is a plus), and familiarity with social media recruitment strategies
