Senior GTM Recruiter managing full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success roles at a high-growth physical security startup. Focusing on strategic talent acquisition to drive company growth.
Responsibilities
Manage an ongoing load of 5-8 priority (P0) GTM and Customer Success requisitions, from sourcing through close.
Drive the full recruitment process, applying deep commercial acumen to screen and discuss business methodologies (e.g., B2B SaaS Sales). Successfully close Director-level and senior talent, articulating the value proposition of a high-growth startup, including equity/stock options.
Serve as a key strategic partner to GTM and Corporate leadership to define talent needs, execute workforce planning, and share real-time market intelligence (compensation, innovative practices).
Continuously design, refine, and implement the end-to-end GTM recruiting process for a smooth, equitable candidate experience.
Requirements
4+ years of full-cycle non-technical/GTM recruiting experience, specifically hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
Must have prior startup experience; thrive as a self-starter in a fast-moving, ambiguous, and decentralized environment.
Proven success in personally sourcing and closing a wide range of non-technical roles, from high-volume contributors to executive leaders.
Expert-level proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox).
Highly organized, metrics-driven (using data to drive decisions), and possessing exceptional communication skills for building lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers globally.
