- Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Deliver a high-touch, hospitality-driven candidate experience at every stage.
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely communication, feedback, and updates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (e.g., Hireology).
- Upload resumes, interview notes, and required documentation in a timely manner.
- Ensure job postings are active, accurate, and aligned with hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to support hiring needs.
- Assist in managing high-volume roles and urgent hiring requests.
- Support agency coordination by reviewing and processing candidate submissions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and workflows.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of recruiting, coordination, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools is a plus.
