Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support Territory Managers to drive sales performance and capability development.
Conduct Development and Productivity Sessions to enhance team skills and ensure effective territory management.
Monitor and guide the team’s consistent use of CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tools, taking corrective action where needed.
Ensure all team members understand and execute key growth drivers, marketing strategies, and sales tactics aligned to the annual business plan.
Collaborate with Marketing and internal partners to shape tools and strategies that meet market demands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, KDMs, NSW/ACT Health, and other key contract bodies.
Analyse revenue and performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement, taking proactive action as required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ field‑based sales experience in the medical device sector
Previous experience in wound care (preferred)
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to coach sales call models and develop capability
Strong analytical, organisational, and time‑management skills
High level of emotional intelligence and resilience
