Requirements
- Knowledge of quantitative customer experience research methodologies, such as NPS and satisfaction studies.
- Experience with survey tools, questionnaire programming, and data processing.
- Strong customer orientation with a passion for understanding behaviors and needs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic recommendations is a plus.
