Responsibilities
Support with projects in HR, Marketing and Corporate Communication
Take ownership of individual topics, e.g. design and further development of our group-wide intranet
Creation of presentations and communication materials for defined stakeholders (HR & managers)
Research on trends, best practices and benchmarks in the context of transformation and digitalization
Support for internal communication measures, e.g. intranet posts, newsletters or surveys
Work together with the teams one day per week in our modern office in Dormagen; on the remaining days flexible remote work from home
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in (business) psychology, marketing, communication, social sciences, business administration, economics, or a comparable field of study
Initial experience through internships, prior working-student roles or completed vocational training is an advantage
Organized, reliable way of working and ability to handle tasks independently
Quick grasp, openness to new things and willingness to step outside your comfort zone
Confident use of MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
