Responsibilities
Lead a team of 12+ SDRs (Inbound & Expansion) to exceed pipeline targets within the assigned territory
Be a coach to your SDRs to ensure they are enabled and consistently performing to their KPIs standards
Hire, onboard, retain, and promote amazing talent
Work closely with our CMO & VP Sales and other members of the Revenue Leadership team to improve conversion rates, opportunity management and qualification processes
Work in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to develop effective strategies to improve pipeline conversion
Implement new processes & AI tools to help improve the output of the Sales Development organization
Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience leading and managing sales development teams (especially inbound) in high-velocity sales environments
Consistent achievement of goals through the leadership and motivation of a team
Operational strength: you know how to build scalable processes and drive efficiency
A passion for coaching and developing sales talent
Excitement for applying AI and technology to sales operations
Previously been an SDR
