About the role
- Payroll Specialist ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly payrolls for EMEA based clients. Engaging with payroll providers and clients to maintain compliance and quality assurance processes.
Responsibilities
- Communication between client and Payroll Providers regarding their payrolls
- Check monthly payroll reports from Payroll Providers
- Ensure all timelines are met
- Regularly report back to the EMEA Payroll Supervisor
- Recommend departmental specific procedures and implement those that are approved
- Delivery of QA compliance and process
