About the role
- HR operations intern facilitating employee onboarding and HR system processes for a global organization. Involves troubleshooting, project support, and data management across HR functions.
Responsibilities
- Support the new employee journey by drafting employment contracts and preparing all necessary onboarding documents.
- Keep our HR ecosystem (HiBob, Pinpoint, and Deputy) healthy by processing employee changes and ensuring data is 100% accurate.
- Be the go-to person for proof of employment and other official verification letters.
- Support a global project to update company documents following recent entity changes, ensuring our admin is organized and compliant across all platforms.
- Manage the employee referral program, tracking candidate progress, communicating with referrers, and drafting bonus letters.
- Monitor and track sick leave registrations, ensuring the right people have the right info at the right time.
- Oversee our anniversary program, making sure employees reaching their 5, 10, and 15-year milestones are celebrated.
- Perform regular checks on employee files to ensure we are always audit-ready.
- Host HR immersions for new employees.
- Jump into ad-hoc HR projects, from employee well-being initiatives to testing new HR tech innovations.
