Responsibilities
As a Senior Account Executive at Circula, you are responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for our solutions.
Your pipeline consists of inbound leads (approx. 60%) and outbound activities (20%).
You will achieve conversion rates of 20%–25% on your deals and successfully grow the large-customer segment.
Independently manage the full sales process from acquisition to close.
Engage with prospective customers, conduct discovery calls, and deliver tailored product presentations.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
Ensure an efficient sales cycle (approximately 90 days).
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, ideally in the Mid-Market / Enterprise segment.
You are experienced in managing multi-stakeholder sales processes within mid-sized companies.
You are proficient with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
You understand customers' needs and can position our solution effectively.
You are solution-oriented and guide prospects through the process using our Value Selling framework.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always ready to support your team members.
